This tiny area of wine production, north of Toulouse, produces a very good grape variety, Negrette, which blended with Syrah will offer you, year after year, well balanced and very aromatic wines.

Remarkably juicy and elegant, the red and rosé wines of Château Bouissel are truly unique.

These wines are really food-friendly. They accompany every kind of dish traditional or exotic: this is the violet-aroma effect!
