Presentation
The endeavor begins seriously in March 2000 after the acquisition of our first parcel, “Les Combes”, of almost 1 acre. These few grapes were vinified in a small scale location but with a serious approach.
The quality recognition is immediate and encouraging. Thus we continued to increase the size of our estate in buying and replanting vineyards but our 50 years old vines are well kept and represent the real treasure of our patrimony.
Our farming techniques are very soft. We use very moderate fertilization products, all organic. We control the yields very closely in order to harvest healthy and ripe qualitative grapes.
