Authentic wines…

The average age of our vineyards is 55years. Our estate spreads on 3 distinct terroirs providing distinct blends. Soils rich in argyle and siliceous will make the more fruit-driven and soft wines. Gravelly and siliceous soils will produce the more elegant blends. Our vineyards located on soils rich in limestone will make the most powerful and structured wines of our range.

We work our soils mechanically or use cover crops between the rows depending on the vigor of the vines. Our goal is to control the yields and produce concentrated and ripe grapes.

We work in a sustainable approach and are well equipped in the cellar. This enables us to vinify each parcel separately in search of authenticity and soil traceability.
