Presentation
Isabelle and Noë ROUBALLAY represent the 5th generation, since 1885, in succession, to carry on the family business and transmit the passion for wine.
The 30 hectares of vine (=73 acres) are located on the renowned soils of OISLY: particularly favourable to the Sauvignon plant.
Full of enthusiasm, Isabelle and Noë work in respect of the environment complying to the TERRA VITIS and Sustainable Farming charters. Regular monitoring of the soils and vines enables them to harvest grapes at optimum ripeness and to bring out to the full the typical characteristics of the grape plant. Carefully controlled yield and attentive work during wine-making justify this constant search for maximum quality, using all the benefits offered by modern technology.
These wines are regularly rewarded at national and international fairs, and are given unanimous recognition in famous guides and magazines.
