“Since 1885 we have been creating authentic full and harmonious wines.”
The Domaine Octavie is a family estate, since 1885. Isabelle and Noë are the fifth generation.
They are Independent Winegrowers. The estate is located on a plateau between the Loire and the Cher rivers, in the East part of the Touraine area. The soils are composed of sand over clay with silex. The climate is oceanic with continental influences.
The vines grow on the famous soils of the village of Oisly, well known for its very distinct production of Sauvignon. They are experts in Sauvignon but they also produce delicate red wines of Gamay, an original rosé and two very pleasant sparkling wines.
With a passion for their work, they are very respectful of the environment and work in sustainable agriculture under the Terra Vitis charter.
